Premium grade, original, pure, natural and sundried indigenous Reshampatti chillis are procured directly from the farms of Andhra Pradesh. Characterized by their pungent taste and high heat value, as measured in Scoville Heat Units of ~35,000-45,000 SHU , the chillis possess a high heat note. These chillis are becoming increasingly popular across many Indian cuisines that require a bit of a kick. Once sourced, the chillis are transported to the factory where they are cleaned and processed before being freshly machine ground into a texturized powder using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers. The final step is mixing in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
