This particular grade of paprika powder is on the spicier side. Commonly used in soups, stews and meats, it can be used as a sprinkler on foods as a garnish. After being hand sorted and cleaned, the spice is freshly machine ground into powder using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers. The final step is mixing in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
