Inspired by the founding teamâs childhood memories from frequent visits to joints that served delicious Pav Bhaji near Chowpatty beach in Mumbai, this Jain recipe has been curated to add a delicious and unique âhome-made Bombayâ flavour, thereby âheroingâ a cult Indian dish. Freshly machine ground using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers, the blend is later mixed in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired balance and consistency.
