Inspired by the founding team's childhood memories from frequent visits to joints that served delicious Pav Bhaji near Chowpatty beach in Mumbai, this family favorite recipe has been curated to add a delicious and unique 'home-made Bombay' flavor, thereby 'heroing' a cult Indian dish. Freshly machine ground using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers, the blend is later mixed in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired balance and consistency.
